Description:
Some coaches have become restaurants and hotels
and dormitories at sea side sites, and some have even ended up as
hen-huts. Many societies use them as club houses like shooting and model
railways and others find there way into museums as static exhibits.
There are also many coaches that are just bodies minus their bogies and
most preservation sites have one or two being used as stores. Stored
coaching stock up to BR Mark 2’s and Mark 3 Sleeping Cars at
Preservation Sites have also been covered in this publication.
